Join Alison for her daily morning mindfulness and movement practice. You will be guided through an activating breathwork practice to wake up the mind and a gentle mobility routine to wake up the body. Please wear comfortable clothing (or activewear) and bring a water bottle. A journal or notepad is also encouraged but not required.
